Ordering & Custom Printing
How do I order a custom printed t-shirt?
Open the Custom Printing product, choose size and colour, upload your PNG, JPG or PDF (max 10 MB) right on the page, optionally add a name and number, and add to cart. We proof your file on WhatsApp before printing.
What artwork file prints best?
A PNG with transparent background at 300 DPI, at least 3000px on the long edge. We manually check every file and tell you if something will not print well before we press it.
Can you design something for me?
Yes — DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp with your idea and reference images. Simple design work is often free with an order; complex illustration is quoted upfront.
Do you take bulk or squad orders?
Yes — for 10+ pieces (college fests, esports teams, startups) WhatsApp us for bulk pricing, mixed sizes and a combined proof.
Sizing & Fit
How does Toxikiing oversized sizing work?
Our cut is true oversized with dropped shoulders — your regular size gives the intended baggy drape. Size down one for a closer fit. Every product page has a flat-measurement size chart.
What if I'm between sizes?
For the classic streetwear silhouette, take the larger size. For a neater, closer look, take the smaller one. Exchanges are free within 7 days if you guess wrong.
Are the tees unisex?
Yes — every design is a unisex cut. Couples regularly order the same design in two sizes.
Shipping & Payment
How fast is delivery?
Dispatch within 24–48 hours; delivery in 3–7 days across India with free tracked shipping. Custom orders add about a day for design approval.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across India, with a small COD handling charge. UPI and card payments skip the charge.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — international shipping is on the roadmap. Follow our Instagram for the announcement.
Quality & Care
Will the print crack or peel?
No — high-density printing bonds into the fabric and flexes with it. Wash inside-out in cold water, line dry, and never iron directly on the print.
What does 240 GSM actually mean?
Grams per square metre — fabric weight. Standard promo tees are 160–180 GSM; ours are 240 GSM, which is why they drape instead of clinging and stay opaque in white.
How do I wash my tee or hoodie?
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. Line dry in shade. Skip the tumble dryer — heat is the only real enemy of both fleece and prints.
Returns & Support
What is the return policy?
7-day easy exchange from delivery for size issues or defects — keep tags on and message us on WhatsApp. Custom-printed pieces exchange only for print defects, since they're made to order.
