We collect only what's needed to run your order: name, delivery address, phone, email, and any design files you upload. Payment details are processed by our payment gateway and never stored on our servers.

Design files

Uploaded artwork is used solely to print your order and proof it with you. We never resell, repost or reuse your designs, and we delete raw files on request after delivery.

Communication

We message you about your order on WhatsApp/email. Marketing emails go only to newsletter subscribers, and every one has an unsubscribe link.

Third parties

We share data only with our courier partners (to deliver) and payment gateway (to charge) — never with advertisers or data brokers. Analytics on this site are aggregate and anonymised.
