Terms of Service

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment succeeds (or COD is verified). Prices are in INR and include GST. We may cancel and fully refund orders affected by pricing errors or stock issues — you'll hear from us first.

Custom printing

By uploading artwork you confirm you have the right to print it. We refuse designs that are unlawful, hateful, or that you clearly don't own (e.g., another brand's logo without authorisation). Once you approve a proof, the design is final for that order.

Fan art

Toxikiing character designs are original fan-inspired artwork celebrating games and anime we love. They are not official merchandise and are not affiliated with the respective rights holders. Character names are used descriptively.

Liability

Our liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Indian consumer law.
